Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and ship orders using RF scanners and warehouse management systems
- Operate material handling equipment including forklifts, pallet jacks, and order pickers
- Maintain organized and efficient inventory storage systems with regular cycle counts
- Inspect products for quality compliance and report any discrepancies immediately
- Adhere to all OSHA safety protocols and maintain a clean, hazard-free workspace
- Collaborate with team members to optimize workflow and meet daily productivity targets
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance warehouse efficiency
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain company-provided training
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly and stand/walk for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with handheld scanning devices
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy in all tasks
- Flexibility to work in varying temperature conditions (coolers/warm zones)
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to our East Tucson facility
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screening
