Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and ship orders using RF scanners and warehouse management systems
- Load/unload trucks and organize inventory in designated zones
- Maintain clean, organized workspace following OSHA safety standards
- Perform cycle counts and inventory audits to ensure accuracy
- Operate material handling equipment (forklift, pallet jack) after certification
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets
- Report equipment malfunctions and safety hazards to supervisors
Qualifications
- Must be 18+ years old with valid government-issued ID (no background check required)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for 8+ hours
- Basic math skills for inventory and order processing
- Reliable transportation to our Industrial Park location
- Willingness to work flexible hours including occasional weekends
- No prior warehouse experience necessary – full training provided
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety protocols
- Ability to pass pre-employment drug screen (required post-offer)
