Responsibilities
- Efficiently load/unload shipments and organize inventory in a climate-controlled warehouse
- Operate pallet jacks and forklifts (certification provided)
- Perform quality control checks and document inventory movements
- Maintain clean and organized workstations per OSHA standards
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity targets
- Use warehouse management systems for inventory tracking
Qualifications
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly and stand for 8+ hours
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Valid government-issued ID (no background check required)
- Basic math skills for inventory documentation
- Reliable transportation to our North St. Louis facility
- Willingness to work flexible shifts including weekends
