Responsibilities
- Load and Unload: Safely load and unload trucks and conveyors in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
- Pick and Pack: Accurately pick and pack orders to ensure customer satisfaction and timely delivery.
- Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory records and organize stock areas efficiently.
- Equipment Operation: Operate warehouse machinery, including forklifts and pallet jacks, as required.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety protocols and OSHA regulations to maintain a hazard-free workplace.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with team members to meet daily production goals and targets.
Qualifications
- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand/walk for long periods.
- Availability: Flexibility to work overtime, weekends, and night shifts as needed.
- Drug Test: Ability to pass a mandatory drug screen (background checks waived).
- Basic Math: Comfortable with basic math and reading labels.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy in order fulfillment.
