Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and move freight, materials, and equipment safely and efficiently.
- Sort and organize inventory items accurately to ensure proper stock levels.
- Package and label shipments for delivery using appropriate packing materials.
- Operate material handling equipment, including pallet jacks and forklifts (certification preferred).
- Perform quality control checks on incoming and outgoing goods to prevent errors.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area at all times.
- Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift, push, and pull items weighing up to 50+ lbs repeatedly.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods on concrete surfaces.
- Valid government-issued ID and proof of eligibility to work in the US.
- Basic math and reading skills for scanning labels and reading orders.
- Excellent attention to detail and time management skills.
- Reliable transportation to and from the job site.
