Responsibilities
- Efficiently pick, pack, and ship orders using RF scanners
- Unload and sort incoming shipments with forklifts/pallet jacks
- Maintain accurate inventory counts and documentation
- Adhere to all safety protocols and OSHA standards
- Operate warehouse equipment (training provided)
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily targets
- Perform quality checks on outgoing products
Qualifications
- No prior warehouse experience required
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
- Basic computer literacy and willingness to learn new systems
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Reliable transportation to the 7am shift start
- Pass pre-employment background check (no felonies)
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours in a climate-controlled facility
