Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and move materials and products within the warehouse facility using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Package and prepare items for shipment, ensuring accuracy and proper labeling.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area at all times, adhering to safety protocols.
- Assist in inventory control by counting stock and recording daily movements.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and meet daily productivity targets.
- Perform quality checks on incoming and outgoing goods to prevent errors.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to lift, push, and pull items weighing up to 50 pounds repeatedly.
- Basic math skills and the ability to read labels and reports.
- Reliable transportation to and from the workplace.
- Willingness to work in various weather conditions (loading docks/warehouses).
- High school diploma or GED preferred, but not strictly required.
