Responsibilities
- Picking & Packing: Efficiently retrieve and prepare customer orders for shipment with high accuracy.
- Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels, conduct cycle counts, and maintain accurate inventory records.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate pallet jacks, forklifts (certification preferred), and conveyor systems.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for damage and ensure all packaging meets company standards.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety protocols and warehouse regulations at all times.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with team leads and coworkers to maintain workflow efficiency.
Qualifications
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Reliability: Consistent attendance and a strong work ethic are essential.
- Attention to Detail: Keen eye for detail to ensure order accuracy and inventory integrity.
