Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and ship products using RF scanners and warehouse management systems
- Operate powered industrial equipment including forklifts and pallet jacks (training provided)
- Maintain organized inventory counts and cycle counting procedures
- Adhere to strict safety protocols and OSHA compliance standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily production targets
- Process inbound shipments and manage storage space efficiently
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance workflow
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred but not mandatory
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly and stand for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy and willingness to learn warehouse technology
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
- Valid California driver's license preferred for equipment operation
- Flexible availability including weekends and overtime shifts
