Responsibilities
- Accurately process and pack shipments for distribution
- Operate warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) with proper training
- Maintain inventory records and conduct cycle counts
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and workplace standards
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals
- Support inventory management through systematic organization
- Participate in cross-functional warehouse operations as needed
Qualifications
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand for extended periods
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Valid driver's license preferred
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Flexibility to work weekends/overtime during peak seasons
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
- Warehouse experience preferred but not required
