Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and move products to and from storage areas using forklifts, pallet jacks, and other equipment.
- Pick and pack customer orders accurately and efficiently to meet shipping deadlines.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Conduct regular inventory counts and reconcile stock discrepancies.
- Operate warehouse management systems (WMS) to update order statuses and track shipments.
- Assist in shipping and receiving duties, including labeling and documentation.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Ability to lift, carry, and push items weighing up to 50+ pounds repeatedly.
- Basic math skills for inventory management and order accuracy.
- Previous experience in warehouse operations, logistics, or manufacturing is preferred but not required.
- Forklift certification is a plus but we provide training.
- Reliable transportation and ability to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends.
