Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, and verify incoming merchandise against purchase orders.
- Pack, seal, and label products securely for shipment using appropriate materials.
- Operate material handling equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks safely.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Monitor inventory levels and report discrepancies to management immediately.
- Load and unload trucks efficiently during peak and off-peak seasons.
- Adhere to all company policies, safety protocols, and quality control measures.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to operate handheld scanners.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends.
- Valid driver’s license (not always required but preferred).
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
