Responsibilities
- Execute daily picking, packing, and shipping of orders with high accuracy and efficiency.
- Operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts, pallet jacks, and order pickers, ensuring safe operation at all times.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment by adhering to all OSHA safety standards.
- Conduct regular inventory counts and reconcile stock discrepancies promptly.
- Load and unload trucks safely, ensuring proper handling of goods to prevent damage.
- Assist in streamlining warehouse workflows and reporting operational issues to management.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily and weekly productivity targets.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED is preferred but not always required.
- Previous experience in warehousing, logistics, or a related field is a plus.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic math skills and ability to read labels and product specifications.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety.
- Must be willing to pass a background check and drug screening.
