Responsibilities
- Material Handling: Safely load, unload, and move products to and from trucks and storage areas using pallet jacks and forklifts.
- Picking & Packing: Accurately select and prepare customer orders, ensuring packages are labeled and ready for shipping.
- Inventory Management: Perform cycle counts and maintain accurate inventory records in our warehouse management system.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety regulations and company policies to maintain a hazard-free work environment.
- Equipment Maintenance: Inspect and report any issues with warehouse equipment or machinery to management immediately.
- Organization: Keep storage aisles clear and organized to ensure efficient workflow and emergency egress.
Qualifications
- Experience: Prior experience in warehousing, logistics, or manufacturing is preferred but not required; we will train the right candidate.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand/walk for extended periods (8+ hours).
- Reliability: Must have a reliable mode of transportation and a consistent attendance record.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy in order fulfillment and inventory tracking.
- Teamwork: Ability to work collaboratively with a diverse team in a fast-paced setting.
- Availability: Must be available to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays if required.
