Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and ship orders using RF scanners and warehouse management systems
- Perform inventory counts and maintain organized storage areas
- Safely operate material handling equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) after certification
- Inspect goods for quality compliance and report discrepancies
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity targets
- Maintain clean and safe working conditions following OSHA standards
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to lift 50 lbs regularly and stand for 8+ hours
- Basic computer literacy and willingness to learn new technologies
- Reliable transportation and punctual attendance
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
- Previous warehouse experience preferred but not required
