Responsibilities
- Safely operate material handling equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and RF scanners.
- Receive, verify, and stock incoming inventory with high accuracy.
- Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment according to strict protocols.
- Perform regular inventory counts and maintain accurate stock records.
- Assist in loading and unloading trucks during peak seasons.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace in compliance with OSHA standards.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Ability to lift, carry, and move up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn warehouse management software (WMS).
- Forklift certification (preferred but training available for qualified candidates).
- Ability to stand, walk, and bend for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
