Responsibilities
- Efficiently sort, pack, and ship products using RF scanners and automated systems
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks safely and accurately in compliance with OSHA standards
- Perform inventory counts and cycle counts to maintain 99.9% accuracy
- Load/unload trailers with team coordination and time-sensitive efficiency
- Maintain clean, organized workstations and safety compliance protocols
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily production targets
- Utilize warehouse management systems (WMS) for real-time tracking
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; technical certification a plus
- Minimum 6 months warehouse, logistics, or material handling experience
- Forklift certification or willingness to obtain upon hire
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly and stand for 8+ hours
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory software
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Flexibility to work overtime shifts and weekends as needed
- Valid driver's license and clean background check required
