Responsibilities
- Efficiently manage inventory using WMS systems and barcode scanners
- Operate forklifts and material handling equipment safely
- Inspect products for quality assurance and damage
- Coordinate with team members to meet daily shipping/receiving goals
- Maintain clean, organized work areas per OSHA standards
- Document inventory movements and discrepancies accurately
- Participate in cross-functional projects to optimize workflows
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or logistics experience
- Valid forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Basic computer literacy and data entry experience
- Flexibility to work overtime and weekends as needed
