Responsibilities
- Order Fulfillment: Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders with accuracy and speed.
- Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels and assist in inventory audits and cycle counts.
- Material Handling: Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks to move goods safely.
- Loading & Unloading: Load and unload shipments from trucks using proper safety protocols.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for damage and ensure packaging meets company standards.
- Equipment Maintenance: Perform basic maintenance checks on warehouse equipment.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety guidelines and workplace regulations.
Qualifications
- Age Requirement: Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Availability: Must be available to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
