Responsibilities
- Load/unload freight trucks with precision and efficiency using manual and powered equipment
- Verify shipment accuracy against packing lists and manifests
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse machinery safely
- Maintain organized inventory storage systems and dock areas
- Adhere to all OSHA safety protocols and company procedures
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity targets
- Inspect and report damaged or defective goods to supervisors
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain
- Ability to lift up to 70 pounds repeatedly
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends
- Clean background check and pre-employment drug screen required
