Responsibilities
- Accurately receive, scan, and stage incoming inventory using RF scanners
- Pick, pack, and ship orders with precision and efficiency
- Maintain organized warehouse conditions through regular cleaning and safety checks
- Operate material handling equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) with proper certification
- Collaborate with overnight team leads to optimize workflow and meet productivity targets
- Conduct cycle counts and assist in monthly inventory audits
- Adhere to all OSHA and company safety protocols
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum 6 months warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand/walk for 8+ hours
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order fulfillment
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory systems
- Reliable transportation to/from 3rd shift hours (11 PM - 7 AM)
- Positive attitude and commitment to teamwork
