Responsibilities
- Load and unload shipments with precision using forklifts, pallet jacks, and manual handling
- Inspect goods for damage and verify inventory against shipping documents
- Maintain organized storage areas and optimize warehouse space utilization
- Operate warehouse equipment safely and adhere to OSHA standards
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity targets
- Complete accurate documentation for all inventory movements
- Participate in regular warehouse safety training and drills
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Valid forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work in varied temperature conditions
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screening
- High school diploma or equivalent required
