Responsibilities
- Safely load/unload freight using pallet jacks, forklifts, and manual handling techniques
- Verify inventory accuracy through systematic scanning and documentation
- Maintain clean, organized workspaces and adhere to OSHA safety protocols
- Operate warehouse equipment (certification provided) with precision and efficiency
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily shipment targets
- Conduct quality checks on incoming/outbound shipments
- Assist in inventory cycle counts and warehouse optimization initiatives
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- OSHA forklift certification or willingness to obtain
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in documentation
- Valid California driver's license (Class C)
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Commitment to workplace safety and teamwork
- Flexible availability to cover shift rotations
