Responsibilities
- Accurately pick and pack orders using handheld scanners and warehouse management systems
- Operate powered equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) following strict safety protocols
- Conduct inventory counts and report discrepancies to the operations team
- Collaborate with remote coordinators to optimize picking routes and efficiency
- Maintain clean and organized workstations and storage areas
- Participate in cross-functional team meetings via remote collaboration platforms
- Adhere to all OSHA and company safety regulations
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; relevant warehouse experience preferred
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand/walk for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with digital tools
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order fulfillment
- Valid driver's license and forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Reliable transportation to Oakland facility (3-4 days/week on-site)
- Excellent communication skills for remote team collaboration
