Responsibilities
- Load and unload trucks efficiently and safely to meet daily shipping targets.
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks (comprehensive training provided upon hiring).
- Inspect incoming and outgoing goods for damage, accuracy, and proper labeling.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Adhere to all OSHA safety protocols and company regulations.
- Assist with inventory counts and stock organization as directed.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic math skills and attention to detail for inventory verification.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus but not mandatory.
- Must pass a background check and drug screen.
- Must be willing to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends.
