Responsibilities
- Safely load/untract trailers using forklifts, pallet jacks, and manual lifting techniques
- Verify inventory accuracy against packing slips and manifests
- Maintain organized warehouse zones for efficient product flow
- Operate warehouse equipment following OSHA safety protocols
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily shipping targets
- Perform routine equipment inspections and report maintenance needs
- Support inventory cycle counts and stock rotation procedures
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand for extended periods
- Basic math skills for inventory verification
- Strong attention to detail and safety awareness
- Valid driver's license required
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends
