Responsibilities
- Load and unload freight from trucks using manual and powered equipment
- Organize and sort inventory in designated warehouse areas
- Operate pallet jacks and forklifts (after training)
- Maintain accurate inventory records and documentation
- Adhere to all safety protocols and OSHA standards
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity goals
- Inspect goods for damage and report discrepancies
Qualifications
- No prior warehouse experience required
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
- Strong work ethic and reliability
- Basic math and communication skills
- Willingness to operate warehouse machinery with training
