Responsibilities
- Efficiently load and unload shipments using pallet jacks, forklifts, and manual handling techniques
- Verify inventory accuracy through systematic scanning and documentation processes
- Maintain clean, organized warehouse space following 5S methodology
- Operate warehouse equipment safely and conduct pre-shift inspections
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily productivity targets
- Adhere strictly to OSHA safety protocols and company policies
- Participate in cycle counts and inventory reconciliation activities
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Valid OSHA forklift certification or willingness to obtain
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory systems
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety standards
- Ability to work in varied temperatures (coolers/freezers as needed)
- Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
- Reliable transportation and consistent attendance record
