Responsibilities
- Safely load/unload freight using manual and powered equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks)
- Verify inventory accuracy and document shipments/receipts
- Maintain clean, organized work areas following OSHA standards
- Operate warehouse machinery with proper safety protocols
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily operational targets
- Inspect products for damage and report discrepancies
- Assist with inventory counts and cycle counting processes
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Minimum 6 months warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Valid forklift certification or ability to obtain within 30 days
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand for extended periods
- Basic math skills for inventory documentation
- Strong attention to detail and safety-conscious mindset
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
