Responsibilities
- Safely load/unload shipments using manual and powered equipment (e.g., forklifts, pallet jacks)
- Verify inventory accuracy through systematic scanning and documentation
- Maintain organized warehouse layouts and efficient material flow
- Operate warehouse machinery following OSHA safety protocols
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily shipping targets
- Inspect goods for damage and report discrepancies immediately
- Assist in cycle counts and inventory reconciliation processes
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Excellent physical stamina and work ethic
- Ability to work in varying temperature conditions
