Responsibilities
- Efficiently load/unload freight using manual and powered equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts)
- Verify inventory accuracy through systematic scanning and documentation
- Maintain clean, organized warehouse spaces per OSHA guidelines
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize workflow efficiency
- Operate warehouse machinery with precision and safety consciousness
- Assist in inventory audits and cycle count activities
- Uphend company policies for material handling and workplace safety
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum 6 months warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Valid OSHA forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs consistently and stand for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Ability to work in fast-paced environment with minimal supervision
