Responsibilities
- Safely load/unload trucks using forklifts, pallet jacks, and manual techniques
- Verify inventory accuracy through scanning and documentation
- Maintain organized warehouse layout and safety protocols
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily shipping/receiving targets
- Operate warehouse equipment following OSHA guidelines
- Perform quality checks on incoming/outgoing shipments
- Participate in monthly inventory audits
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Valid forklift certification preferred (training provided)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Reliable transportation to Fort Wayne facility
- Flexible availability including weekends/holidays
- Background check and drug screen required
