Responsibilities
- Efficiently load/unload trucks using manual and powered equipment
- Inspect and organize inventory with precision scanning systems
- Maintain clean, organized warehouse spaces following safety protocols
- Collaborate with team members to optimize loading schedules
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks after certification
- Document daily activities using digital inventory management tools
- Participate in monthly remote safety training sessions
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum 6 months warehouse or logistics experience
- OSHA 10-hour certification preferred (training provided)
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
- Valid driver's license for equipment operation
- Basic computer skills for inventory software
- Strong attention to detail and safety compliance
- Reliable transportation to El Paso facility
