Responsibilities
- Pick and pack customer orders with precision using RF scanners and voice-directed technology
- Operate warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) following OSHA safety standards
- Perform cycle counts and inventory audits to maintain stock accuracy
- Collaborate with shipping/receiving teams for seamless workflow coordination
- Adhere to quality control protocols and company SOPs
- Maintain clean, organized work areas and report equipment issues
Qualifications
- 1+ years warehouse or fulfillment center experience preferred
- Ability to stand/walk 8+ hours and lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Basic math skills and inventory management knowledge
- RF scanner or WMS experience a strong plus
- OSHA forklift certification or willingness to obtain
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Reliable transportation and punctual attendance
