Responsibilities
- Safely load/untract trucks and organize inventory in climate-controlled facilities
- Operate forklifts and material handling equipment following OSHA protocols
- Perform inventory audits and maintain accurate stock records via WMS systems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily shipping targets
- Implement lean practices to optimize warehouse efficiency
- Train on new technologies including automated sorting systems
- Contribute to 5S workplace organization initiatives
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- OSHA forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand for 8+ hours
- Experience with WMS inventory systems preferred
- Strong attention to detail and safety-conscious mindset
- Basic math skills for inventory reconciliation
- Ability to work in temperature-controlled environments
