Responsibilities
- Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, inventory management, and order fulfillment
- Train, motivate, and supervise team members to maintain productivity standards
- Implement and enforce safety protocols to ensure OSHA compliance
- Optimize workflow efficiency through process improvements and technology utilization
- Conduct regular audits of inventory and warehouse equipment
- Collaborate with transportation teams for timely shipping and receiving
- Generate performance reports and recommend operational enhancements
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years warehouse management experience
- OSHA certification or equivalent safety training
- Proficient in WMS systems and inventory management software
- Strong leadership and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in varied warehouse conditions
- Experience with lean manufacturing principles
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred
