Responsibilities
- Efficiently load/unload trucks using pallet jacks and forklifts while maintaining inventory accuracy
- Inspect and sort incoming/outgoing shipments for quality and compliance
- Operate warehouse equipment safely and adhere to OSHA protocols
- Collaborate with team members to optimize workflow and meet daily targets
- Maintain clean, organized workspaces and report equipment malfunctions
- Participate in inventory audits and cycle counts
- Uphold company safety standards at all times
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain
- Ability to lift up to 75 lbs regularly and stand for extended periods
- Basic math skills and inventory tracking knowledge
- Strong attention to detail and time management abilities
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
