Responsibilities
- Load and unload shipments using pallet jacks, forklifts, and manual handling techniques
- Verify inventory accuracy through systematic scanning and documentation
- Maintain warehouse organization and cleanliness according to safety standards
- Operate material handling equipment with precision and adherence to protocols
- Collaborate with team members to optimize loading schedules and workflows
- Report equipment malfunctions and safety hazards immediately
- Assist in inventory counts and cycle count executions
- Uphold company policies and OSHA compliance at all times
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Valid forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
