Responsibilities
- Pack & Load: Safely load, unload, and pack products onto trucks and containers according to safety standards.
- Inventory Management: Assist in checking inventory accuracy and maintaining stock organization.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety guidelines and warehouse protocols at all times.
- Equipment Operation: Operate hand trucks, pallet jacks, and forklifts (certification preferred but training available).
- Quality Control: Inspect goods for damage before and after loading to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Documentation: Accurately complete daily logs and shipping paperwork.
Qualifications
- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy in order fulfillment and inventory counts.
- Driver's License: Valid driver's license required.
- Reliability: Punctual and dependable with a track record of good attendance.
- Experience: Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus but not mandatory.
- Communication: Ability to communicate effectively with team members and supervisors.
