Responsibilities
- Load and unload trucks and containers efficiently using pallet jacks, forklifts, and hand trucks.
- Verify inventory counts and ensure accuracy during the receiving and shipping processes.
- Pack and prepare merchandise for shipment, ensuring proper labeling and documentation.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Follow all safety protocols and operational procedures to prevent accidents.
- Assist in inventory organization and stock rotation (FIFO) as needed.
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors regarding daily goals.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Previous warehouse experience is a plus but not required; we provide training.
- Ability to lift, carry, and push items weighing up to 50+ pounds repeatedly.
- Basic math skills for inventory counting and accuracy.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Forklift certification is a plus but not mandatory.
