Responsibilities
- Safely load/untract trucks using forklifts and pallet jacks
- Inspect and organize inventory in climate-controlled facilities
- Operate warehouse equipment following OSHA safety standards
- Maintain accurate inventory records and documentation
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet shipping deadlines
- Perform routine equipment maintenance checks
- Uphold 5S organization principles in work areas
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or logistics experience
- Valid OSHA forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly
- Basic math skills for inventory management
- Strong attention to detail and safety awareness
- Ability to work in varying temperature conditions
- Valid driver's license preferred
- Background check and drug screen required
