Responsibilities
- Safely load/untract commercial vehicles using pallet jacks and forklifts
- Inspect and organize inventory in climate-controlled warehouse environments
- Maintain accurate shipping/receiving documentation in WMS systems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily productivity targets
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and equipment maintenance standards
- Operate warehouse machinery (electric pallet jacks, stand-up forklifts)
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives for operational efficiency
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- OSHA Forklift Certification (or ability to obtain within 30 days)
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly and stand for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory tracking systems
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety compliance
- Valid California Driver's License required
- Ability to work flexible shifts including early mornings and weekends
- Pass pre-employment background and drug screening
