Responsibilities
- Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, order fulfillment, and shipping
- Train, mentor, and manage team performance through regular coaching and feedback
- Implement OSHA safety protocols and ensure compliance with all regulations
- Optimize inventory accuracy through cycle counts and WMS system oversight
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives for productivity and cost reduction
- Coordinate cross-functional teams for seamless workflow integration
- Generate operational reports and KPI metrics for leadership review
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse/supervisory experience in fast-paced logistics environments
- Proficiency in WMS systems (e.g., Oracle, SAP) and inventory management
- OSHA 30-hour certification or equivalent safety training
- Forklift certification and material handling expertise
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding productivity targets
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's preferred
