Responsibilities
- Load and unload trucks accurately and efficiently using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Verify incoming and outgoing merchandise against bills of lading, invoices, and packing lists.
- Organize and stack products in designated storage areas to ensure maximum space utilization and safety.
- Inspect damaged goods or discrepancies and report them to the shift supervisor immediately.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with company safety policies.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily shipping and receiving quotas.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is preferred.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus, but we provide on-the-job training for the right candidates.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic math skills for accurate inventory counting and verification.
- Must pass a background check and drug screen.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to safety.
