Responsibilities
- Safely load/untract shipments using pallet jacks, forklifts, and manual handling techniques
- Verify inventory accuracy through systematic scanning and documentation
- Maintain clean, organized work areas to meet OSHA compliance standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize loading schedules
- Operate warehouse equipment (certification provided) with strict safety protocols
- Participate in quarterly safety training and equipment maintenance checks
- Support inventory cycle counts and quality control initiatives
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- OSHA Forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs consistently and stand for 8+ hours
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems (RF scanning experience)
- Strong attention to detail and safety-conscious mindset
- Valid Washington State driver's license
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends during peak seasons
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screening
