Responsibilities
- Operate provided forklifts, pallet jacks, and conveyor systems with precision and safety compliance
- Load/unload freight trucks efficiently while maintaining inventory accuracy
- Inspect and report equipment malfunctions to maintenance team
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily shipment targets
- Adhere to OSHA and company safety protocols at all times
- Perform inventory counts and documentation tasks as required
- Maintain clean and organized workstations and equipment
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Valid OSHA forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and time-management skills
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Reliable transportation and punctuality
