Responsibilities
- Operate provided forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment safely and efficiently
- Load/unload trucks and containers with precision and attention to detail
- Inspect equipment daily and report maintenance needs immediately
- Maintain accurate inventory records using provided handheld scanners
- Follow all safety protocols and OSHA guidelines
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily shipping/receiving targets
- Organize and stage products according to warehouse layout specifications
Qualifications
- Valid forklift certification (or willingness to obtain with company training)
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Ability to operate provided heavy machinery safely
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Excellent teamwork and communication abilities
- Reliable transportation to our Arlington facility
