Responsibilities
- Load/unload trucks using company-provided forklifts, pallet jacks, and conveyors
- Inspect and maintain warehouse equipment for optimal performance
- Organize inventory in designated storage zones with precision
- Operate scanning systems for inventory tracking and documentation
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and 5S standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily targets
- Participate in monthly inventory audits
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly with proper technique
- Basic math skills for inventory reconciliation
- Willingness to operate company-provided machinery (training provided)
- Strong attention to detail in organization and labeling
- Valid government-issued photo ID
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends
