Responsibilities
- Load/unload trucks and containers using provided industrial equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks, etc.)
- Organize and secure inventory in designated warehouse zones with proper stacking techniques
- Operate warehouse machinery safely according to OSHA standards and company protocols
- Perform inventory counts and report discrepancies to shift supervisors
- Maintain clean and organized workspaces throughout shift hours
- Collaborate with team members to optimize loading schedules and dock space utilization
- Complete daily equipment inspection logs and safety checklists
Qualifications
- Ability to operate warehouse equipment (training provided for all machinery)
- Physical stamina to lift up to 50 pounds regularly and stand/walk for entire shifts
- Basic math skills for inventory counting and documentation
- Valid government-issued photo ID (required for equipment certification)
- Ability to follow safety protocols and work in a team-oriented environment

- Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends during peak seasons
- No prior warehouse experience necessary – full training provided
