Responsibilities
- Supervise 15+ warehouse staff, ensuring efficient workflow and adherence to safety protocols
- Manage inventory control systems, including cycle counts and reconciliation processes
- Coordinate receiving, storage, and distribution of goods with 99% accuracy
- Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency
- Train and mentor team members on equipment operation and best practices
- Collaborate with transportation teams to maintain optimal logistics schedules
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse management experience in fast-paced logistics environment
- OSHA certification and strong knowledge of safety regulations
- Proficiency in WMS systems (e.g., Oracle, SAP) and inventory management software
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive performance metrics
- Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field preferred
